Masters Recreational

This program aims to improve your rowing skills while allowing you to enjoy the outdoors. A typical rower in this program has been rowing for years or just learned how to row but doesn't wish to commit to a consistent training schedule and/or a plan to compete. All sessions are coached. All practices will either be held at our boathouse (1 N Shore Rd, Bantam, CT 06750) or our Indoor Training Facility (607 Bantam Road, Bantam, CT 06750).

Prior Rowing experience is not required. Suggested lesson before entering program.
