Location: LHRC boathouse, 1 North Shore Road, Litchfield, CT

Come dressed to be athletic. Avoid baggy clothes or clothes with pockets on the front of your shirt. Layers are highly encouraged— you can always take it off, but you cannot add what you do not have. Cotton is like a sponge, so save these clothes for after your row to change into or put on to be warm. Bring athletic shoes and a full water bottle. LHRC does not have running water.
