Monday - Friday 3:45-6:00pm & Saturday: 9-11:30am

Cost: $795

Regatta’s: Mercer Sprints, Cooper Cup, Founder’s Day, Northeast Regionals, Youth Nationals if qualified

Practices will be held at our boathouse, 1 North Shore Road. Athletes need to come dressed to be athletic, nothing baggy, running shoes, layers for weather, bag with extra layers and dry gear for after practice, sunglasses, hat, sunblock , snack, at least 1 liter of water and a personal water bottle covered with a sock.
