Athletes need to come prepared for a water sport. Hat, Sunblock, water bottle of their own filled. Running shoes and athletic attire. Layers, non cotton material are ideal for rowing, even in summer weather changes and temperatures. Cotton is great for after rowing choice but not in a boat, it is always suggested to have a change of cloths for after rowing.
