INDOOR TRAINING GUIDELINES

Subject to change based on case rates, evolving public health guidelines

  1. All athletes must be fully vaccinated to use the training center. (2 weeks following second dose)

  2. Proof of vaccination must be provided to Coach Drew before entering the training center for the first time after implementation of this policy.  We strongly recommend boosters as soon as eligible as these dramatically increase protection against Delta but especially Omicron.

  3. List of COVID symptoms per CDC will be posted at the door. Athletes with any symptoms will not enter the training center.

  4. Athletes exposed to COVID-19 who remain asymptomatic and do not test positive may return to the training center after 5 days of post exposure quarantine.

  5. Youth athletes who test positive for COVID-19 may return to the training center after 10 days AND with a note from their pediatrician clearing them to return to training.

  6. Any athlete who has used the training center who develops symptoms of COVID-19 or a positive test will immediately notify Coach Drew to allow for early anonymous contact tracing and limitation of spread.

  1. All athletes must wear masks (updated 5/16/2022 per current case rate).

  2. Athletes will use hand sanitizer on entering the facility.

  4. Athletes will maintain at least 6 feet of distancing while working out.

  5. Windows will be left open while athletes train to maximize ventilation.

  6. Air scrubbers with HEPA filtration will be in use at all times when athletes are using the facilities.
