Athletes in 6-7:30 program can switch in for scheduling and early risers can bump back on “sleep-in” days

Litchfield Hills Rowing Club Boathouse is located at 244 North Shore Road Litchfield, CT or the Litchfield Town Beach.

Practices will be held at our boathouse located at Litchfield Town Beach. Athletes need to come dressed to be athletic— running shoes, layers for weather, a bag with extra layers/ dry gear for after practice, sunglasses, hat, sunblock, snack, non-cotton/ non-baggy clothing, and at least 1 liter of water in a personal water bottle covered with a sock.
