This program is for adult athletes who have completed our Learn-to-Row program but want to get a few more meters in before they jump into one of our competitive programs.

Litchfield Hills Rowing Club Boathouse is located at 244 North Shore Road, Litchfield, CT or the Litchfield Town Beach.

Practices will be held at our boathouse located at Litchfield Town Beach. Athletes need to come dressed to be athletic— running shoes, layers for weather, a bag with extra layers/ dry gear for after practice, sunglasses, hat, sunblock, snack, non-cotton/ non-baggy clothing, and at least 1 liter of water in a personal water bottle covered with a sock.
