This program is for athletes with some rowing experience, who wish to increase their boat-moving ability and challenge themselves in a fun team environment.

Litchfield Hills Rowing Club Boathouse is located at 244 North Shore Road Litchfield, CT or the Litchfield Town Beach.

Athletes need to come prepared for a water sport. Hat, sunblock, and filled water bottle of their own. Running shoes, athletic attire, layers. Non-cotton material is ideal for rowing. Even in summer, weather and temperatures change. Cotton is great for an after-rowing choice but not in a boat. Having an extra pair of socks is always a great idea. All water bottles must be covered by a sock.
